He has partnered with clients across a range of customer engagement topics, such as customer strategy and transformation, decision engines, technology stacks, content, digital operations and customer data foundation initiatives in both medical and commercial both in U.S. and ex-U.S. markets.

Jones holds an MBA from Olin Business School at Washington University in St. Louis and a bachelor’s degree in technology from Cochin University of Science and Technology.
